(1) Basic conditions

The recruitment target is qualified for the recruitment position, and must meet the following conditions:

Applicants shall not apply for the post that constitutes the situation listed in Article 6 of the Regulations on the Withdrawal of Personnel Management of Public Institutions immediately after being hired。

(二)Specific conditions for the introduction of outstanding doctoral talents

1.Excellent doctoral talents who meet the basic conditions for the introduction of high-level talents and are competent for the requirements of teaching and research positions can apply for the fourth level。

2.If you meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for Tier 3:

1) Students who have a doctorate degree from a domestic 211 project university or whose major during the study period has been assessed as grade B in the discipline evaluation or who have graduated from an overseas university (ranked top 300 in the world) and have formal teaching, research or work experience in an overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise for one year or more。

2) Published 1 SCI paper as the first author (including corresponding author) in the past five years。Among them, chemical engineering and technology, materials science and engineering, physics and other disciplines (subject to the doctoral certificate) must publish 1 SCI Region III paper or 2 EI papers;Humanities and Social Sciences published 2 core Chinese journals (Peking University Core) or 5 or more of the third class academic journals。

3.If you meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for Tier 2:

1) Graduated from a domestic first-class university construction college (6 of Class B) or majored in the course of study in the discipline evaluation grade B+ or graduated from a double first-class construction discipline;Or graduated from a famous overseas university (ranked among the top 200 in the world) and has one year or more of formal teaching, research or work experience in an overseas university, scientific research institution or enterprise。

2) Published 2 SCI papers as the first author (including corresponding author) in the past five years。Among them, chemical engineering and technology, materials science and engineering, physics and other disciplines must publish 1 SCI Region III paper or 4 EI papers;One CSSCI paper was published in Humanities and Social Sciences。

3) Authorized 4 domestic invention patents or 1 international invention patent。

4.If you meet one of the following conditions, you can apply for Tier 1:

1) Graduated from A domestic first-class university construction university (36 of class A) or majored in the discipline evaluation of grade A (including A-) or graduated from an overseas university (ranked top 200 in the world)。

2) Published 3 SCI papers as the first author (including corresponding author) in the past five years。Among them, chemical engineering and technology, materials science and engineering, physics and other disciplines (subject to the doctoral certificate) must publish 1 SCI Region II paper or 5 EI papers;Two CSSCI papers were published in Humanities and Social Sciences。

3) The award of government scientific and technological achievements at the provincial and ministerial level or above shall be subject to the award certificate。

Four, talent treatment

According to the specific position needs of the university and the personal situation of the doctoral candidates, the two parties shall be bound by the employment agreement signed through negotiation。The annual salary system is introduced for doctors. After entering the university, the salary and performance of associate professors (technical level 7) are paid in advance each month, and the insufficient part will be reissued once after passing the year-end assessment。If the introduced doctor does not have the professional and technical qualification of associate senior or above, he can enjoy the treatment of similar personnel of associate professor (technical level 7)3年。The introduced doctor completes the assessment task within the employment period, and passes the annual assessment, can apply for the special allowance for high-level talents (12,000-36,000 yuan/year).。In addition, after the signing of the agreement, the school will provide housing subsidies of 300,000 to 1 million yuan, scientific research start-up funds of 100,000 to 300,000 yuan for natural sciences, and 50,000 to 100,000 yuan for humanities and social sciences。The above treatment is pre-tax amount。

5. Registration

6. Preliminary qualification examination

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of recruitment. 10. Contract employment
